In Windows , when a program is minimized , it may seem as though it has disappeared.
Fortunately, that is not the case. Minimized programs may be located and accessed from the Windows taskbar, which is located at the bottom of any Windows desktop. Typing an "e" opens Windows Explorer instead of placing an e where ever I am typing. Does it in Word, in the search window, pretty much anywhere. I'm working on another computer running Windows 7 this afternoon and it's doing the same thing. It acts just like I'm doing Windows key functions, but I'm not holding the Windows key and I don't think there's much chance of 2 keyboards having a stuck Windows key.
Both machines are HP. One is a laptop and one a desktop. It might be something HP put on their machines.
