You'll probably want to set it up to update right before you go to bed so it's ready the next morning. I do wish that it supported Vorbis, but I already knew what I was getting in the player, so it's not a big deal. Highly recommend. One of them came out on Blu-Ray almost 3 years ago. I can understand if it's a new release and they haven't been able to update their firmware yet, but not a 3 year old movie. The first one I got was banged up and split on a corner.

This has never happened before so it has to be one of those two I noticed that this problem happens when I pause and leave it on pause for a few minutes and then when i come back and press play, the sound is gone.
